The Emschergenossenschaft operates a sewage sludge incineration plant at its Bottrop site, which is being equipped with a new steam turbine and undergoing upgrades to its boiler and flue gas cleaning systems.
Iqony Solutions (IQS) provided the following services as owner’s engineer for a phased project (6 lots) involving existing facilities, planning, and construction management during ongoing operations:
- Concept study, plant design, preliminary design, cost estimate
- Layout planning, 3D model
- Permit planning and management
- Procurement planning and procurement
- Supervision of detailed engineering
- Construction supervision, site management, commissioning management
