Arenales Solar Thermal Power Plant, Spain
Iqony held a 26% stake in the Arenales solar power plant.
Iqony Solar Energy Solutions, a subsidiary of Iqony Solutions (IQS) Germany, operated and maintained the first plant of its kind in the IQS portfolio. As the responsible O&M service provider, IQS Solar was already involved during the long-term performance testing phase and operated the plant on behalf of the owner and under the responsibility of the EPC contractor.
From 2017 to 2019, IQS Solar was fully responsible for O&M services, including management and spare parts procurement. SI®/PAM (a CMMS developed by IQS) supported these services.
