Fully automatic control of the SNCR system

Iqony Solutions (IQS) was commissioned to control the existing SNCR system using the PiT Navigator SNCR IT solution.
The goal was to comply with the legal daily and half-hourly limits for NOx and NH3 and to reduce the costs associated with reductant consumption.
Services provided by IQS:
Utilization of the existing SNCR system; integration with the control system for reading and writing signals; implementation of the complete control system, including pre-control of the required amount of reducing agent based on an NOx forecast; automatic selective control of all SNCR lances.
