Your server log data will be deleted after two months at the latest. Since the collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is mandatory for the operation of the website, you do not have the option to object. Your data will be passed on to our hosting service provider.

Profiling and data linking
When using Google Analytics, Google may create pseudonymised user profiles from the data collected in order to evaluate your interactions and process them for its own purposes, such as personalised advertising. It is also possible that Google may link the information collected by Google Analytics with other data from other Google services (such as Google Account, search history, YouTube) and thus create more comprehensive user profiles - especially if you are logged in to Google services.
Purposes of processing
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website and to compile reports on website activity. The reports provided by Google Analytics are used to analyse the performance of our application and the success of our marketing campaigns.
Recipient
The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland as processor. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google for this purpose. Google LLC, based in California, USA, and, if applicable, US authorities can access the data stored by Google.
Storage period
The data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.

4.3.3 SalesViewer®-Technologie
We use SalesViewer® to improve our website.
Scope of processing
As part of SalesViewer®, a javascripl-based tracking code is used on our website, with the help of which the following information (hereinafter referred to as company data) is determined as part of the process described in more detail here (https://www.salesviewer.com/de/datenschutz):
- Name, origin and industry of the visiting company
- Website from which the request comes ("bounce page")
- Keyword on the bounce page
- Visitor behavior (e.g. (sub)pages visited, time of visit, duration of visit)
Processing purposes
We use the data collected for marketing, market research and optimization purposes. This means that only company information is collected and processed.
Receiver
SalesViewer ® uses as subcontractors Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710, Gunzenhausen for server hosting (infrastructure SalesViewer®) and Host Europe GmbH, Welserstraße 14, 51149 Cologne provision of DNS servers for SalesViewer®. We have concluded an order processing agreement with SalesViewer®.
Storage duration
The application does not collect any personal user data.
Legal basis and revocation option
With the -technology of SalesViewer® GmbH, we collect and store data for marketing, market research and optimization purposes on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para.1 p. 1 lit. f) GDPR).

4.3.4 Evalanche
We use the Evalanche service on our website to provide selected marketing materials and marketing campaigns as well as invitations and registrations for selected trade fairs and events.
Scope of processing
Evalanche is a tool that collects your contact information via masks, of course only with your consent, and transfers it to our CRM system. The purpose is to send you the information you ordered. We also use Evalanche for invitations and event registration to trade fairs and other events.
To do this, you provide us with the following data via an input mask:
- Salutation
- Name
- Last name
- Company
- ZIP
- Country
and declare your consent to the one-time processing of this data. The information will be sent to you by mail.
If you have consented to receiving information packages or a newsletter, we will also send you a confirmation by e-mail. You can unsubscribe from further mailings at any time via a link in our mailings or by e-mail.
Processing purposes
Our specific contact forms allow you, as a visitor to our website, to learn more about our company, download content, and provide us with your contact information and other demographic information. Our service provider processes and stores your personal data on German servers. We use this to get in touch with you. If you consent to it, we also collect cookies for information about your interaction with our website such as downloaded documents, visited pages, date and time of retrieval ("usage data"). For this purpose, our service provider stores information for us whether and when you have filled out a form on our website, opened marketing emails and/ or downloaded documents contained therein (e.g. white papers). Receiver
The recipient of the data (service provider) is the German company SC-Networks GmbH, Würmstraße 4 82319 Starnberg, which is managed by our service provider CRM-Consults GmbH, Felsweg 14, 35435 Wettenberg and with whom we have concluded an order processing agreement.
Insofar as you have requested the download of documents (e.g. white papers) or consented to the sending of further information, your data will also be stored in our customer database.
Your data is stored exclusively on servers in the EU. The emails are sent via an Iqony server.
Storage duration
Your transaction data will be deleted no later than 4 weeks after the end of the contract for the Evalanche service. The interest profile generated from the cookies will be deleted after 24 months at the latest. Your contact data will be deleted from our CRM system after three years of passivity.
Legal basis and revocation option
This data processing is subject to your individual consent, Art. 6 para.1 p.1 lit. a) GDPR. For the services selected by you, Evalanche requests a double-opt-in in accordance with data protection. 4.3.5 Google Ads

Insofar as you have declared your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 (a) of the GDPR), Google Ads, an advertising service of Google LLC, is used on this website. The responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
Our website uses Google Ads, an online advertising service, to present targeted advertisements. Google Ads allows us to present advertisements which are tailored to your interests and needs. The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland as a processor. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google for this purpose. Google has confirmed to us that they process your data in the European Economic Area. Google is certified according to the Data Privacy Framework. This certification confirms that Google is committed to complying with the data protection standards and requirements of the Data Privacy Framework to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Please also read our risk notice on section 5 “Recipients of your data”.
Storage duration
You can disable the tool via the cookie settings here. The lifetime of cookies is up to 180 days (this only applies to cookies set via this website).
Privacy rights and settings
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data by Google Ads at any time. You can also adjust your cookie settings to control the use of cookies. However, please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
4.3.6 LinkedIn Insights Tag
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to analyse your user behaviour and target our marketing campaigns. This service is provided by LinkedIn Corporation (1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA) and offered in Europe by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland).
The LinkedIn Insight tag places a cookie in your browser when you visit our website, which records your IP address (shortened or temporarily stored for cross-device recognition), a timestamp and page events (such as page views), among other things.
The direct identifiers of LinkedIn members are removed within seven days and the remaining pseudonymised data is deleted after 180 days at the latest. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but merely provides us with reports on the target group and the impact of our adverts without identifying you personally. Further information can be found in LinkedIn's privacy policy.
This data is only processed with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) and Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (also applies to transfer to a third country). If you reject the use of marketing cookies, the LinkedIn Insight tag will not be used. You can revoke your consent at any time.

4.3.7 Notification of new product features
We offer you the option of signing up for notifications about new product features in our offer configurator. For this purpose, we only process your email address in order to inform you by email when new features become available.
The processing of your email address for the purpose of notifying you about product features is based on your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Your registration will be confirmed by means of a double opt-in procedure. You can revoke your consent at any time, e.g. via an unsubscribe link in each notification.
We use Evalanche (SC-Networks GmbH, Enzianstr. 2, 82319 Starnberg) as our processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to send notifications to your email address. Your data will be used exclusively for the purpose of receiving notifications and will be deleted after you unsubscribe/revoke your consent or once the purpose no longer applies.

5. Recipients of your data
The processing of your personal data generally takes place in a member state of the European Union or in another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. A transfer of personal data to a third country or access to this data from a third country will only take place if the special requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met (e.g. by agreeing on standard contractual clauses or if the recipient acts on the basis of a legal basis which the European Commission has decided pursuant to Art. 45 (1) GDPR (so-called adequacy decision)). For more details, please refer to the individual providers mentioned in Chapter 4.
6. Your Rights
You have a right of access, i.e. you can demand that we disclose all the personal information we have collected and hold on time (Art. 15 GDPR). In addition, you may also request rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). You have the right to data portability, i.e. to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, insofar as this is technically feasible (Art. 20 GDPR) and, under certain circumstances, you have the right to object to the further processing of your personal data (Art. 21 GDPR).
